A joint venture between Tucker Development and Wingspan Development Group, The Henry at Harms Woods sits on 11 acres just west of the Edens Expressway in Skokie. The development comprises 245 multifamily units, 49 build-to-rent townhomes, and approximately 13,000 square feet of commercial space.
