Hudson Lights is a transit-oriented urban retail center in the greater New York metro area. Located two miles west of Manhattan, adjacent to the George Washington Bridge, it is the only institutional retail development of its scale in downtown Fort Lee.
The approved master plan includes 200,000 square feet of retail, 477 apartments, and a 175-key hotel. Tucker Development completed the initial phase in August 2016, comprising 276 luxury apartments and 140,000 square feet of retail.
