Courtyard Newark Downtown

Located in Newark's central business district, the Courtyard by Marriott at the Prudential Center consists of a 150-key hotel and approximately 14,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and restaurant space, adjacent to the Prudential Center, which hosts roughly 200 sporting, concert, and family events annually.

The hotel sits near the intersection of Broad Street and Market Street, Newark's primary intersection, which accommodates in excess of 50,000 vehicles per day. The hotel was completed in 2013 and sold in 2019.
