Central Parkway is a mixed-use project completed in 2006 on three acres in downtown Highland Park. The site was a redevelopment infill opportunity formerly occupied by a vacated grocer, delivered as a mixed-use center anchored at completion by Equinox Fitness Club and Fifth Third Bank.
The irregularly shaped parcel presented layout challenges that were resolved through creative site planning. Central Parkway incorporates a mix of uses and offers multi-level structured parking.
