Aaron M. Tucker
President & Chief Investment Officer
Aaron M. Tucker joined Tucker Development in January 2015. As President and Chief Investment Officer, he is responsible for all investment and development activities for Tucker and its affiliates. His role includes oversight and implementation of the firm's strategic objectives across financial analysis, project design, construction management, leasing strategy, asset management, and legal matters.
Prior to joining Tucker, Mr. Tucker practiced law with Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where he focused on commercial real estate including development, finance, and leasing matters relating to complex transactions.
Mr. Tucker received his Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs, with a concentration in International Economics, from The George Washington University, and his Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law.
He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and the ULI Placemaking Product Council, a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and Co-Chair of the ICSC Open Air Conference Planning Committee, and is admitted to the Illinois Bar. Mr. Tucker is also active in several non-profits, serving on the Chicago Next Generation Board of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, as an Associate Trustee of the Washington Institute for Near East Policy, as a member of the JUF JFMC Facilities Corporation Steering Committee, and as a member of the Economic Club of Chicago.
