Town Square Wheaton is a 200,000 square foot mixed-use development with a blend of national and local retailers alongside medical and office space. Built in 1992 and purchased by Tucker in 2015, the Robert A. M. Stern-designed buildings underwent signage updates and significant common area improvements under Tucker's ownership.
The renovation delivered a new center plaza with seating, a communal fireplace, fountain, and landscaping, creating a venue for community concerts and festivals. Tucker exited the investment in 2020.
