Acquisition of a strategically located 100,000 square foot shopping center in the heart of southwest suburban Chicago's primary retail corridor. Ravinia Plaza was anchored by Borders and Pier 1 Imports, and sits on LaGrange Road, the trade area's major commercial artery.
The acquisition was financed with conventional institutional debt. Tucker sold the center in 2006.
