CRC Chicago Acquisition
A $93.6M acquisition of five suburban Chicago centers.
In August 2022, Continental Realty Corporation entered the suburban Chicago market with its acquisition of a portfolio of five shopping centers comprising over 900,000 square feet of gross leasable area. Tucker acted as acquisition and development consultant on the transaction.
